Terms and Conditions

  1. The amount paid for monthly subscriptions are non-refundable.

  2. In the event of any mistake made by Macros pertaining to any meal; one day will be added to the subscriptions at no extra cost. No monetary refund shall be made as such.

  3. The payment, contract signing, renewal shall be made prior to receiving of your meals.

  4. You will receive all your meals at once.

  5. Delivery timings for the monthly subscription with MACROS shall be from 5:00 am to 11:00 am and from 7 pm– 11pm and might vary on a daily basis in accordance with our driver route, please note that delivery timings will not be fixed.

  6. You will receive a call or a message when the driver arrives at your location.

  7. All food is to be refrigerated if not consumed after delivery. MACROS is not responsible for the validity of food after delivery time.

  8. Each subscriber will be given 1 chiller bag, an amount of 150AED shall be paid as a deposit. The amount is refundable only when the bag is retained in the same condition as received.

  9. Subscriber should mention his/her allergy reactions to Macros before subscribing to any meal plan. Macros is not responsible for any allergy reactions that are not mentioned beforehand.

  10. Freezing period range is from 1-14 days as a maximum period with no more than twice during the subscription. If the freezing period surpassed its limit, 100 AED will be added as an extra charge.

  11. All meals are to be consumed on the day of delivery or within 24 hours of delivery.

  12. Any change in delivery location shall be made through MACROS office and not directly with the driver. 50AED charges will be applicable for every change.

  13. Any changes made to your location carry a notice of 48 hours.

  14. MACROS have the right to change and amend the above-mentioned terms and conditions and all participants will be notified in the event of any change.

  15. The subscriber shall provide a valid WhatsApp number during the subscription to ensure providing the best service. 

  16. The subscriber shall provide the driver with the previous chiller bag to receive the new one.

  17. In case the subscriber did not return 2 chiller bags, he will receive his meals in paper bags and if the chiller bags are not returned after the subscription ends by 5 working days, the deposit will not be refunded.
